Referees

Hosting cities’ referees sometimes tend to overlook their friends’ faults. We’d like to minimize the advantage of home court so we will kindly ask the playing teams to do the referee as well for the other countries. E.g.: on a match Poland vs Czech R. refs would be Austrians. (or Austrian ref and goalrefs are a Romanian and a Croatian guy)
